Sooo I am not sure if any of you guys have ever gone through a week worrying about what your next meal will be and when you will have time to cook, but that is stressful!! This is when we tend to make poor food choices and spend a lot of money at restaurants because we don't prepare ourselves for the week. For me all day I am always thinking about what is going to be my next meal and when. It becomes overwhelming and time consuming where it takes away from our day and takes our money away.
What is meal prep? Meal prepping is the simple art of making all of your food for your week on one day, so for example I do all of mine on Sunday. You cook enough food for the week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now this may sound like a very time consuming event but, it actually takes about 2 hours and you've got enough food for the whole week rather than cooking something every night. It looks a little something like this.
There are two ways you can go about meal prepping, you can either pay someone to do it or you can do it yourself. I have been prepping my meals for about 3 years and just recently switched to getting mine made for me. It costs me $53.00 for 6 meals and it is delivered to me. I make my own breakfast because it is easy and cheap for me to make that myself. Either way you do it, there are so many benefits

5) Grocery shopping becomes easier
